But none of the comments I mentioned had anything to do with IQ or statistical group averages.  You see, if you look closely at the statistics, the individual variation is huge compared to the variance of one group to another.  I can get more technical but that should be good enough to convey the idea.  

Another way to put it is my experience does not prove nor disprove your assertions.
