Im going to be posting a list of peers running the v4.0 wallet in the upcoming few minutes
Both of my p2pool nodes have been running v4.0 for days. I'm still not 100% sure they're on the correct fork? My IP address is 79.70.9.80. Hoping to see it on your list!
