What does not make sense is why you keep wasting your time. You don't want to play here and they banned you. So both agree that you will not play here.
To play at Betcoin you have to take the good with the bad or else you will be upset many times when dealing with support. So if you can't handle it is better for you to walk away and forget the whole thing. You are not going to change anything one bit.
