I have 16 titan cubes and they were running perfect since I got them. I storm broke a glass and water came through and landed where the controllers were. It's strange because 2 start perfectly, I see the ip on them but they are not starting the cubes. I send them to KNC and they told me that they will don't fix them because water damage don't cover the warranty. Also they told me to buy neptune controller and change the top part. Please, any help where can I get this controllers?
