So it's going to take 2years for it to syncronize for me? I'm new to using Core, thought it would be more secure and better then a webased one 
No. It just means that the latest block it has is 2 years old. It will sync faster than that. It will take a few days at most. Usually the sync takes several hours.Oh wow
