In roulette, I often hit 'double bets', and then can't be sure whether I clicked properly or not.  It feels like there's not enough visual feedback that the click was received.  I know the bet amounts double, but they're in a pretty small font.  I'm wondering whether changing the button to "doubling" for a fraction of a second would be useful.
