it depends , somedays they may lose and other days they may win
in general the site makes 1% of every bet , so that's the main thing not the daily profit or loss also you should deduct some money for marketing and bounties ,, etc
in general dice sites are for sure winners , but their daily win/loss ratio is not fixed
