Windows Machine at home and Linux VPS on the internet.
Down the blockchain using their way to windows PC.
Old School
On the Linux VPS , setup a FTP server https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kt9LmIXMBi0
You may have to google more info for your version.
Then FTP the blockchain files up to your VPS from your Windows PC.
