Fwdxlsh, assuming what you've presented here isn't trolling and that you are genuine...have you been able to keep steady employment?  If this is the case, you strike me as a person who would call his boss a cocksucker and then tell him how to run his business.  And if this is the case, or it's not, perhaps this forum isn't the one for you to steamroll.
