Don't get fooled by the numbers. Most of those who said "Don't know", and many of those who said that they don't support ISIS are secret Islamic State sympathizers. The survey was conducted by a Western agency, and I am sure that some of the respondents hid their jihadi sympathies from the survey-takers. And here is the link:

really want to believe something no matter what, they´ll first of all get rid of any such obstacles as reasoning and logic.
