Prelude I really like what you did there.
When I use my 2000BBs stacked together I strap the fans using tiewraps and then my cables run straight off the GekkoScience break out boards to the miners, but I like your implementation of the separate connection bars.
Once cable is only 12v, but you are gonna get a nice little bump if you short that to ground with a sweaty hand my man. At least run some silicon, or actually, you could put a small piece of cheap plexiglass across the top of the bus bars. Terminal strips that long aren't that expensive either, but I know if I'd built it I'd be happy and proud of not needing other materials. You probably had everything laying around
Still though, some terminal strips with side guards would be a big bonus.
It is a good looking setup though for 4k watts. I have half a dozen in the closet I need to make a project with.
At the moment everything is running using the 2880s w/ Jabbers boards from Finsky.
Sidehack and Finsky have both treated me well. I've never had a bad experience with either of them with transactions, or with Jabber or Gekko's equipment. I do like the options on the GekkoScience b/o board for the 2000bb as well.
I think I am going to do what you did. I copy good ideas all the time and try to improve them.
