I recently got suspended form FarmSatoshi.
It happened after I withdrew satoshi. At first, withdrawal was refused ("insufficient funds" - even though the amount requested was < my balance). So I asked for and got a smaller amount, then repeated request for smaller amount (still not exceeding my balance). At that point, I was suspended.
As far as I can see, I broke no rules by asking for my satoshi. I played a lot and reached level 24, and there were >500k sat still on my balance. So this is quite disappointing. I have contacted FS support twice - with no result, not even a message acknowledgment.
Has anyone had a similar experience, or has suggestions how to solve this? Thanks for any help!
There is nothing we can do to help you if your account is suspended by them. You should consider to spam their support until they noticed you, twice is not enough.It happened after I withdrew satoshi.
