You need to provide us:
1. username
2. address you use for investment
3. screenshot of your investment
4. blockchain txid of your investment
so we can make sure you do are not trying to access others accounts.
Do not complain about response time, we work for all investor, not just you. This is your own fault for not setting password, this is not our fault.
