Your transaction fee is too small. You are only trying to pay 0.00001 BTC. If you are denominated in mBTC then pay a tx fee of 0.1 mBTC. I personally don't like using mBTC and change the units in my wallets to BTC and then I pay a tx fee of at least 0.0001 BTC.
