If your sticks stop mining for 48 hours and we hit a block you don't get a part A share.

All  part B shares earned from Dec 11 to Jan 11  are paid if we hit. -------- this is pretty cool

you are able to win  btc if we hit a block all hash is pointed at ck's solo pool.

prizes are

Part A = 12 coins    every one gets 1 share  so  if we fill the club to 40  you get .3 btc  -- this favors the little guy with 1 or 2 sticks
we are hoping to expand to 50 stick miners so if we hit a block and are filled to 50 people part A = 12/50 or .24 btc

Part B = 12 coins    shares are tallied  and you get your shares/by pool shares ------- this favors a big rental like 100 th for a day

Fees  if you hit the block you get the fees it earned.

ck gets his ck  solo pool fee

coin left over is about .75 btc   we will tip ck and send some to sidehack for pod development.
