All the payouts that we send are in high priority.
We currently pay close to 0.0002 BTC per KB, which is considered a very high fee.
The exact fee is calculated automatically by the official Bitcoin client, as recommended by the Bitcoin developers.
It is configured to include sufficient fees so that payouts will confirm within 3 blocks.
A block is generated every few minutes on average. However, sometimes, although rarely, it may take longer for transactions to confirm due to network conditions and other factors.
