will turn off staking again for the last 768 blocks... maybe the POW phase can be pushed to overhead some more blocks when POS weight goes down during that time...
this will have no effect ;-) the pos difficulty retarget is realy fast.
haven't had a thorough look at the code but I feared the impact wouldn't be too big
