I am not so sure if this thread is monitored any more by BFX staff - you might have a better chance by trying a private message on reddit and/or the TeamSpeak server of the BitcoinMarkets subreddit.
One reason I won't use Bitfinex is that I refuse to use reddit. If they can't be bothered to watch this thread fuck them. They are Boycotted.
