I'm thinking of trying Cryptopia out it looks interesting, but I really don't know.  Poloniex has worked well for me in the past but I haven't used it recently.  Polo seems to be courting a more intimate relationship of the “I'll tickle your feet if you tickle mine” variety where you can't make any withdrawals unless you disclose all your private parts.   

Quote terms: “Poloniex may, from time to time, implement policies restricting Verification Levels by nationality, country of residence, or any other factor. This may affect your ability to withdraw funds in your account and you indemnify Poloniex against any losses associated with an inability to deposit and/or withdraw funds based on your verification level.”

I've heard that the 20 richest people in the USA now own more wealth than the lower half of the US population and it is obvious that they have the strong arm of the US government behind them or there would be a more equitable tax structure.  Therefor I conclude that Polo might be enticed to close and clam up like Crypsty, so unfortunately I don't think it is worth the effort to get started there if it is going to cost much imho.
