TM thought that his height advantage made it OK to attack GZ, because the Neighborhood Watch captain 'dissed' him by asking why he was wondering around a burglary-prone street at night, in the rain.

Poor, innocent, peaceful, young TM didn't realize that Sam Colt made all men equal regardless of height.  So he got a Darwin Award.   

Moral of the story is 'don't try to beat people up in public just because they ask you a question you consider disrespectful.'
