is innovative and stagnant at the same time. The trick is, innovation doesn't guarantee rising price in crypto. There can be lots of legit development and promotion but markets are a whole different thing. The only case when you could be sure the price will rise is if DASH momentarily replaced Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and pizza. Otherwise it's just a game of deception played by whales to take your BTC. Regardless of how skilled and innovative the developers are.
