Stunna rarely replies PMs, if at all. And he(stunna) has suggested to contact the support , not him.
I have always gotten responses to PMs sent to stunna. And stunna should be able to help with any support related issue. Although MICRO/a support ticket will most likely lead to the quickest response time.
I have the same experience with Stunna myself, but to be honest i never had a situation quite as "bad" as he does. I advised contacting Stunna
directly because tbh there's just so much that a support can do, and i believe it's him in the end that makes the call on ban appeals.
Anyways it doesn't hurt to try both options, since there's nothing he can lose now, is there
