It's meant as X (*) so if you for example wager 200 btc after having already 200 wagered. you wil get 200*0.002= 0.4BTC rakeback bonus

usually wagger is meant to represent the total amount of bitcoins risked in bets. So if you place 10 bets with 1 BTC then that's 10 BTC in total waggered.

In theory yeah, that's very risky though. This campaign is good as a reward for the risk taken though, it might make it seem worth it for some.
