[SOLVED] localbitcoins.com - currently not available in your region

I am from Germany and I get since a while this message in my localbitcoin account:
What can I do to use localbitcoins.com in Germany?
Is there any proxy country which would help?
There is no known proxy from finland though
Yes, I know there is this thread about it, where this question is already posted.
Unfortunately it is filled with gossip about meanings, thinkings and thoughts but after reading some many posts, I gave up to find a real answer or solution.
Or ist there at least a comparable bitcoin seller like localbitcoins.com?
