No. The rewards are not being increased, rather it has decreased. 300 every 60 minutes should be equal to 300 x 6 = 1800 every 6 hours i.e. 360 minutes. But it is only 1360 which is 440 less for 6 hours and approximately 73 less for one hour.As far as the rewards are concerned it is still better than most of the faucets...At current bitcoin price and ad revenue this is the max I can afford.
