Does the withdrawl process is manual there? It says it can take upto 12 hour for bitcoin withdrawl and i have my withdrawl reqest pending till now for almost 30 minute. It was small 0.09BTC so why it is taking so much time, don't they can have 0.09 in their hot wallet. On past i used to get smaller bitcoin withdrawl processed withing 10 minute. 
The withdraw process is automatic on amounts like that only if you have 2fa setup on that account. If you don't then the withdraw is not automatic and you have to approve it, which can be done through an email they send you.Withdraws can often take a long time depending on the time of day.
