Google will not remove any links to personal information.

Just to prove this, I sent off an email to the DMCA link the OP provided last night.  This is what I emailed:

An anonymous person who has a grudge against me created the false report below. Ripoffreport wants $5,000 to have it removed! Is there any way I can get Google to de-index it?

This is the reply I got within 24 hours:

Unfortunately this is not something that Google will generally do.   They will usually only remove content once it has been removed from the site of origin first.

We can of course make the attempt through our Professionally Managed service however we would not be able to guarantee this takedown.
