and I can not understand who was born first and who was cloned
Only clearly visible large premine and attempt to play on the famous name whose is remembered many Dutch people
or is it the same developers have launched two similar coins that would collect more bitcoins for them?

Both coins are absolutely independent of each other. The way they operate is quite different. EFl (we don't use Gulden anymore because everbody links this coin to the PPV, the rightwing political party of Geert Wilders, the government is still using it and most people don't even remember it anymore) is very busy with a new project called EFL 2.0 using a unique new concept. This concept makes it possible that people using EFL make money just bij paying with it or accepting it. Gulden just trusts it's technology is good enough to convince people to use it. EFL doesn't and want to offer a lot more.
