Most of your earnings were likely from the "System" account which was CrazyJoker's account with infinite balance. (I assume)
Since it was not a actual deposit, you won't get your "profit" from it.

For CrazyJoker, my refund balance is correct.
Any chance I could get it at a different address?
The one I used for the site was my xapo address but I no longer use xapo.
I still have control over it, so it's not a big deal if you say no.
