So in an effort to deal with Theymos and Badbear
1) I am demanding that all members of the forum membership dues be refunded from inception of this forum till present day
2) I am demanding that Theymos and Badbear pledge a peaceful transition of their dictatorship.
3) That we elect a new "Thermos" to rule.

Yes, a forum without a duly consensus elected democratically elected Thermos is a what a free public run forum does.
But
NOT a community funded, members paying one like here.
In situation when a public forum is free and the mods literally donate dozens of hours per week for free you can expect a certain level of control.
You get what you pay for.

Impeach and deport Thermos and BaddyBear to anywhere in New Jersey..
