That is total BS. I seem to remember pirateat40 saying exactly the same thing about how he could pay 7% per week. Apparently, writing that kind of nonsense actually fools people.
Anyway, this guy is simply trying to buy rep. I don't know what he is going to do with it, but seeing how he is lying already, I would never trust him no matter how good his rep is. At some point, he is just going to disappear with your money, create another account, and do thing same thing again.
