How do they do this? It doesn't look like a pool becuase they've generated a lot of coins but not sent out that many. so is it a farm or something like that?

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't see how it should definitely be mining.

Can't this address be associated with an exchange or a market?
On the address the transactions of 25 BTC to it say 'Newly Generated Coins' which means they have been earned by mining.

i have seem many addresses which are receiving block reweds Bitcoins alot faster then this all are of some mining farm  there are alot of huge mining farms in china its funny chines people can not visit any bitcoin related website but most of the bitcoins are being mined there
