Foreign donations should be strictly prohibited. That's how it works in any civilized country.
I doesn't work. The Saudis and the other Arabs own more than half of the American corporations. So they could easily circumvent any such rule, by donating funds using their corporate offices. Anyway, Hillary won't be able to survive without generous donations from Arabs and the Turks. She will never allow a total ban on foreign donations.
