Why don't you all understand a simple thing before thinking it as a troll! 
After exchanging, the one who takes my account will publicly confess that he has exchanged it and so this account will become neutral (because he is not a scammer and all the trusts given so far will become invalid.) and he can start with a signature campaign. For me also, I'll get his account and start a signature campaign afresh. It'll be a win-win situation for both of us.

You know a lot of people don't like dealing with traded/bought accounts, if someone wants to trade with you they will keep the negative feed back
I'll not let anyone know to whom I exchanged my account with.
Only he'll confess with this account since all the scam accusations will become invalid for him. And all members will withdraw back their feedbacks.BTW, would you like to exchange yours with mine? I would pay you some more for positive trusts.
