That guy got 0.015 and cashed out nine dollars. So we didn't pay 'everyone' 0.0015. It's doubtful, but entirely possible I suppose, he went on that sort of a BJ run.
Maybe he have 10 refs and why we should care about some abuser. We dont break rules and we want get normal payout.
