Hello guys. I have a problem here regarding my deposit earlier. I have email about this matter twice but still got no respond.
Can you guys check this matter out. I have deposit an amount of 0.01 right before your website went offline a few hours ago.
Just right after i have sent my deposit and i went to your website to buy building, it went offline.

I guess their server couldn't fetch your transaction (maybe because they aren't running a full node, walletnotify+blocknotify, using third party API or things like that) but I'm sure OP will help you as soon as possible. Just give him time and don't panic
