From what I have heard here and there, rumors say that they are selective scammers, which pick out the ones, who most likely wont report them.
This is just a rumor, I am not saying its as scam.
BTCrow.com is a scammer and after their latest fraud, posted about
here at bitcointalk...they are running away.
