Withdraw not arrived to my wallet (not created TXID on transaction page).
But withdraw deduced from balance of account.

Sorry about that, this was caused by a problem with our wallet provider api.
I have removed the corrupt withdrawal transaction now so your account should show the correct balance again. Please do the withdrawal again at your convenience
