Just ignore them, they should come with massive red bold font at the top of the message alerting you that they're a noob.
I think sold accounts are far more dangerous especially Senior Members & above with positive or even
0: -0 / +0 trust. I can imagine people falling for that if it's a fairly well known, respected member.
Always use escrow in any type of deal here.
