This probably have changed the whole announcement of this coin, initially it was 1 btc for 1000 BNT and now it is 0.2 btc for 3000 BNT.

These are the terms for round one, baring in mind we are pledging 50 BTC worth of loans over each 24 month period
each round will have varying conditions
and you are correct, in round one, 1,000 BNT in holdings and 2,000 BNT pledged as collateral net's you a 0.2 BTC loan
