I can see in the log that the Nicehash Miner has added your card. I'm not sure why you cant see it. 
We're past that problem. Now we're working on a BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (atikmdag.sys) whenever I try to mine using nicehash miner, benchmark using nicehash miner or try running runme.bat from the sgminer folder.
