It looks like subSTRATA was resigning, if you go through his thread (the signature campaign one) you'll see that he wants to stop because he keeps getting pms & can't handle all the people asking for a chance lol

Yeah. I want to join a HumanResources campaign but now I am confused where to apply. Can I apply on both? Are they both campaigns where the users will get paid?
No confusion there, you could either apply there or apply here. The only difference is the persons who manage each.
