We at finalhash started as miners in 2009. Just a group of 3 guys who were building out CPU rigs because we thought mining was cool.
While the rest of world was mining bitcoins on laptops in 2009, Marshall Long along with two of his brainiac friends opted to build out CPU rigs to preform the same task. Now, I'm not versed as to what "building out CPU rigs" consist of, but I'm willing to bet that Rube Goldberg probably plays a role.
Marshall Long: Well, guys, it's almost complete. Our first cool CPU rig build-out to mine bitcoins. We only need one more box of dominoes and a cat. Who's hungry? I heard there's a new buffet opening on the other side of town but I'm new to the area and don't know how to drift to there yet.
