No. Master P was an escrow provider on the forums for a long time. It looks as if he had sold his account months ago and whoever bought it just ran away with all the money he was holding.
It's almost a guarantee that Master P is not a coin dev but just an escrow scammer and the devs just got scammed by him.

How much funds did you lose Flozdev? Imo its best to be completely transparent about this. So the community can work something out together.
