I have been trying for days to have them help unlock my accounts (I have two). They had no problem unlocking my wife's, in less than two hours. She has .05 BTC in it but mine I have over 1 btc ( a lot of money for me). I have sent them lots of emails and a screenshot of my account. They are telling me they that they have unlocked the account associated with my email account. I tried sending a support ticket from my other email account thinking that was the problem but they told me no account was associated with that email? Not sure if they are stone walling me or just not helping. I was wondering if anyone knows any where I can send this info to, to put pressure on them?
