Well, do you have any former history of lendings which you have paid back? And a signed message? Otherwise, it will be hard for you to find someone who gives you the loan, especially after the recent happenings with master-p.
Master-p sold his account alongside his private keys and keybase account... So signed messages arent really that reliable.
