I was noticing the same thing. Only small amounts of payout. So if bitfactory.co is reading this i hope they will still pay out cause otherwise this will proof that it is a scamsite that only pays for a short time and then gets of with your money
I have three missing cashouts for a sum of about 0.8 BTC. It seems they are paying only small amounts. Generic "wait and thanks for the cooperation" is the support answer.
I do not get answered by the site owners after several mails.
Our support went on holiday when we come back, that's why you have not had replies by email in the last 2 days, he should be back online in 2-3 days.

By the way it's very strange, I'm pretty sure we haven't missed a single cashout from the beginning. (10.000+ cashouts for 44~BTC)

You did not read the post well my friend. Everybody contacted them about the loss of payments but didn't get response on the support mail. It turns out the people who answer the questions on the support mail are on holiday as moek quoted. Inonly asked moek to contact me if he wants proof of my cash out cause i make a screenshot of avery payout a make. So next time be sure you read the post well before you post something!
