a 50% before and 50% after deal sounds good to me, if 50% of the payment is made today, tomorrow i can ship the card from the UK.
OP does not seem to want to use clearcoin so that is somewhat of a red flag for me, considering how expensive the gpu is.
in which case dingus, i would be willing to lower the price which is payed now, because i realise there is a certain risk you are taking.
