I agree that someone should do something, but I wasnt running a ponzi. The person I lent the coins to probably was and he still hasnt returned them.

Not correct. I sent my coins to a person that was promising higher returns then me and he took off.
what you did with the coins? You attracted people with incredible interest rates, and you defaulted. Argue all you want, but you ran a ponzi.
I just hope the people who are owed money contact your bankruptcy company and let them know you hold a significant amount of money in bitcoins that you are keeping a secret until your fiat debt is cleared.
