This is a scam report against CryptoXchange, who has stolen $100,000 USD+ from me and refuses to return it. He told me he had sent the money to me months ago, but that was a lie. To this day I have not received it. Worse yet, he refuses to refund me the BTC I paid to him and refuses to reply on his chats. I am treating this like a legal case and though it is not my responsibility I have taken on the burden of proof in this case against Crypto. I have detailed, highlighted and explained logs ranging from January this year to June of this year in which you will read about how he's scammed and run off with my money. I am asking for a commercial settlement with Crypto, but until then I will continue to make sure everyone knows of the scam he is capable of. His partner in crim currently is Mahin.

Whats the average wait time for withdrawal of funds to an Australian bank account from CryptoXChange?
Their helpdesk said it could take upto 10 business days.

I booked a withdrawal order on 6 nov, and still no funds. I have to wait till the 22nd November by my calculations.

I have worked with cryptoxchange before and made deposits/withdrawels fine with massive delay. However at this time i'm attempted to make some withdrawels on my account both on the 6/11/2012 and the 7/11/2012. I'm completly verified, with all my details correctly put into their system for a local bank transfer out.

Now my first issue is that they state that it takes 4-7 days to withdraw the money, it is currently the 15/11/2012 in australia and i have seen nor hide or hair of my money withdrawel. Second it seems they have changed my withdrawel booking dates on both of the withdrawels to the 11/12/2012, now this is commiting fraud.

Steps taken:
Validate bank account - quick support response, all good.
Ordered wire transfer - appears as 'Booked' since 30th of October.
Opened a ticket a few days ago asking about the transfer - no response.

Withdrawal to AUD bank account booked 30th Oct. Haven't received any money whatsoever.

No response to email, PM, helpdesk request so I am opening this topic.

So that proofs to me that they gone scam. Exchanger dont want to work with them anymore and they dont give out the money of the users.

I would say dont send any more money there. The high price of the Orderbook are maybe fake and a honeypot.
